The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in insurance is desired but not required as there will be a training period. The position offers growth opportunities with the potential for a fulfilling career as a licensed insurance professional.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a warm and professional manner.
- Process the incoming/outgoing mail and faxes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Handle and process customer inquiries following Sykes-Mallia Associates procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling customer inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to multi-task while managing priorities and follow through effectively
- High attention to detail
- Proactively adapts to different circumstances
- Works well in a small office
