We are seeking a dynamic Practice Administrator for a single-specialty group. In this senior executive role, you will lead and oversee all clinical, financial, and operational aspects of the practice. Working closely with physicians in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, growth, and excellence in patient care.
Your primary duties include:
- Ensure preservation of an organizational culture based on collaboration, teamwork, respect, inclusivity, accountability, and excellence.
- Provide visible and approachable leadership to enhance working relationships among all staff, teams, and providers.
- Provide executive leadership and support to the team.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that align with the organization's goals and vision.
- Ensure best practice standards in all areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, in business or health care administration. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of management experience with a minimum of 5 years in executive healthcare management. Private practice experience preferred. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of health care administration, including business management, billing/coding, financial management, IT/IS, human resources, insurance regulations, and other applicable laws, standards, and acts (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA).
