THE ROLE
Adkom is looking for a National Sales Coordinator to join our industry-leading team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of multiple Account Executives. You’ll partner with various stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Sign Operations, and Media Owners to create, deliver, and execute successful OOH advertising campaigns. You should be a critical thinker with exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail. We're looking for natural leaders with a desire to win in a collaborative, remote-first, team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a clear understanding of systems and processes, with the ability to create effective proposals and presentation materials for Account Executives.
- Administer the proposal process from creation to submission for assigned agencies.
- Manage availability and hold requests for Account Executives.
- Prepare and process advertising contracts, client posting instructions, proof of performance reports, and other activities related to completing the sales process.
- Regularly partner with Account Executives, Sign Operations, Marketing, Finance, Independent Media Owners, and other stakeholders to fulfill client requests.
- Think creatively while juggling several projects and ideas at once.
- Maintain a good working relationship with external clients including advertising agencies.
- Provide world class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and collections
- Travel periodically for in-person meetings, presentations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales, advertising, or customer success.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; must be able to act as the primary support person for a multi-member sales team.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Ability to work 9:00 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members.
- Comfortable with ever-changing technology and systems.
- Experience with CRM is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a strong plus.
COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this position is $49,000 - $54,000. Compensation is determined during the interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
