We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Office Manager who is detail-oriented, proactive, and values being part of a tight-knit, high-performance team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients — greeting them, checking them in, and creating a welcoming environment
- Handle scheduling, phone calls, emails, and day-to-day client communication
- Manage office operations (supplies, vendor coordination, cleaning, office events etc.)
- Support billing, payment tracking, and reporting (experience with online payment platforms is a plus)
- Assist with social media coordination and client engagement touchpoints (cards, check-ins, follow-ups)
- Support the leadership team with tasks and projects that keep the business running smoothly
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with tech tools (Google Workspace, scheduling software, digital communication platforms)
- Experience in client service, admin, or office management preferred
- Ability to be relational with clients and provide a positive energy to set the mood of our office
