The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A two-year degree or equivalent paralegal certification
- Seven or more years of experience as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm
- Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in an independent and team-oriented environment
- A natural people-person with high emotional intelligence and compassion
- Proactive mindset to anticipate attorney and case needs and bring solutions
- Excellent time management, case management, and multi-tasking skills
- Litigation experience preferred, with fluency in Spanish a plus
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, plus opportunities for generous performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as PTO and paid holidays.
