General Manager / Operation lead
Adler Industrial Services is a leader in industrial vacuuming, hydrovac excavation, and environmental remediation. With a decades-long (41 years and counting) reputation for reliability, safety, and high-quality customer service, we provide mission-critical solutions to utility companies, construction firms, manufacturing, and industrial facilities.
The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the business, including but not limited to: day to day work flow, people development and management, financials/accounting and sales. The ideal candidate will be bring experience from the environmental, construction of waste industries. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepeneurial spirit and positive buisness culture that would expand business opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Operations Management
- Team Building and Development
- Contracts/Credit/Collections
- Sales/Client Base Growth
What experience we are looking for:
· High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
· 5 years of experience in the industrial/environmental cleaning industry.
· Proven track record of leadership experience.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of accounting, QuickBooks and CRM Software is a plus.
· Computer literate with experience of MS Office.
· Truck Driving experience/ license a plus.
· Safety Training - 40 hours/ Confined space.
