Busy, High Energy, Corporate Communications Company located on Long Island, seeking organized, enthusiastic team-player for Bookkeeper/ Financial Adminstrator position. Must have a minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, with experience with payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping.
Candidate is responsible for:·
- Responsible for staff's company credit card reconcilations
- Track Account Payables - maintaining aging reports
- Oversee the Account Payable intake process and insure timely communication and handling of invoices.
- Enter invoices into Quickbooks
- Attend weekly payables meetings
- Assist with reviewing project budgets for reporting, job analysis and sales commission calculations
- Tracking ADM vehicle registrations and renewals
- Assist with onboarding ADM client payment portals and software (such as Ariba, Tungsten, Network, etc)
Candidate should have knowledge of:
Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements, have working knowledge of requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Candidate must be proficient in Excel and Quickbooks accounting systems.
Opportunity is partial remote work.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
