The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following functional areas: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and employment law compliance.
Qualifications
- Manage recruitment process from start to finish including preparing job descriptions, posting roles online, maintaining a position tracker, liaising with hiring managers and candidates, scheduling, and managing offer extensions.
- Conduct new hire onboarding/orientation in Boca Raton.
- Assist the HR Management team in the annual performance review cycle.
- Performs complex data analysis, prepares reports and/or presentations for management.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers on open roles to develop and execute sourcing strategy while providing a consultative value on talent acquisition process; Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and build trust with hiring managers.
- Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates for current and future open roles.
- Utilize job boards and internal systems to create a pipeline of talent for the organization as well as search resume databases for talent.
- Work within the HRIS and applicant tracking system to post positions, screen candidates and select qualified candidates; Develops expert-level knowledge of the applicant tracking system.
- Conducts phone screens and coordinates the interview process for hiring managers and teams.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews virtually and on-site.
- Partner with local universities to develop new sourcing strategies and talent.
- Learns the company and our businesses including the Boca Raton site and our Bio Centers; Develop the ability to explain and provide our Employee Value Proposition.
- Leads and participates in cross functional projects as it relates to talent, recruiting, sourcing, and landing top talent to the organization.
- Assist HR management on employee relation issues.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of Human Resource experience as an HR generalist. Demonstrated comfort and ability with automated recruitment and onboarding processes.
- SHRM-CP a plus, or preparing for the exam
