Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Management: Lead the talent acquisition process to recruit top candidates, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled workforce. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience that integrates new hires effectively into the organization.
• Employee Development: Design and execute training programs that support employee growth and development, ensuring they align with business needs and individual career aspirations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications:
