Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability, creativity, and strategic thinking. You will guide candidates through the hiring process, utilizing effective closing techniques and thought leadership while collaborating with hiring teams. Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
Leveraging talent market insights and research, you will drive innovative and strategic sourcing strategies that align with our mission. Managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands will be crucial, along with being open to constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and capable of supporting a diverse customer base in a complex, technical landscape.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving distance of Sunnyvale, CA, as on-site visits are required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management.
- In lieu of a degree, four additional years of experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels to identify hard-to-find talent.
- Experience working in a recruiting role within Workday.
- Technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring engineers and/or manufacturing professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active engagement in social, digital, and alternative sourcing methods.
- Experience building talent pipelines and conducting targeted searches.
- Background in agency recruiting with expertise in staffing technical roles, analyzing market trends, and identifying top talent.
- Ability to manage high-priority projects, meet multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
