Job Details:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications:

*) Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management.

*) Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement.

*) Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard-to-find talent

*) Experience utilizing recruiting roles within Workday

*) Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success in hiring engineers and/or manufacturing-related positions

Preferred Qualifications:

*) Active participant in social, digital, and/or other alternative sourcing techniques

*) Work experience with building effect talent pipelines and conducting tactical searches

*) Background in agency recruiting

*) Experience staffing technical roles while utilizing acumen in assessing market data, trends, and user groups to identify qualified talent.

*) Experience working in roles which require prioritizing high-priority projects and meeting multiple deadlines within a face-based environment.
