POSITION PURPOSE

Adobe Population Health is searching for an energetic and engaging IT Project Manager to join the Team. This newly created position was established to support APH’s expansion and digital transformation initiatives across multiple states. The IT Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects that support operational efficiency, data integration, and healthcare delivery systems.

This position is based at our corporate headquarters, conveniently located off the 51 freeway (16th Street and Glendale Avenue).


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements gathering through implementation testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Build weekly project reports/updates.
  • Utilize ClickUp for PMO organization and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Operations, Clinical, and Compliance departments, to ensure alignment of technology projects with business goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
  • Oversee implementation and integration of health IT systems, such as EHRs, claims data platforms, CRM tools, and population health analytics systems.
  • Track and report on project progress, budgets, milestones, and KPIs to leadership and project sponsors.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or barriers and lead efforts to mitigate them with minimal disruption to timeline or budgets.
  • Ensure IT projects comply with industry regulations, privacy standards (HIPAA), and internal security protocols.
  • Support change management efforts including documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized project management practices and tools across the organization.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) years of project management experience.
  • One (1) year specifically managing IT or data-related projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to facilitate meetings, write reports, and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams including developers, analysts, clinical staff, and leadership.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and ClickUp for project documentation.
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance standards (HIPAA), and best practices in healthcare technology environments.


PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in healthcare, managed care, or population health organizations.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, ClickUp, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience in implementing EHR and CRM systems in clinical and/or administrative settings.
  • Understanding of healthcare data forms (claims, EMR, HIEs) and terminology (ICD-10, CPT, HCC).
  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or others).


EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business health informatics, or related field required.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM or equivalent project management certification preferred.
