- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless compensation operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
">- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related degree.
- 5-8 years of sales compensation or sales finance experience at a high-growth technology company with recurring revenue (SaaS).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling, etc.
- Experience with ICM/SPM tools (Callidus, Anaplan, Xactly) is a plus.
