This is an in-office/in-person opportunity.
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and their families? If so, we would be thrilled to have you join our team! Our treatment program is dedicated to helping clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Our approach is holistic, and we use both Eastern and Western therapies to support clients on their journey toward recovery. Our team is made up of highly skilled, experienced, and compassionate therapists who play an essential role in the client's recovery journey. We are currently looking for full-time primary therapists with experience in treating adolescents' mental health, substance abuse, and eating disorders to join our team of professionals.
Qualifications for the position include but are not limited to:
A minimum of 1-2 years of counseling experience is required, along with AMFT/ACSW certification. Candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a mental health, eating disorder, and substance abuse disorder professional, it is important to gain a comprehensive understanding of individual clients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as completing all essential documentation, such as treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge summaries. You must comply with the facility's policies and procedures, as well as meet the licensing requirements of the state. In addition, collaborating with a team of doctors and other treatment professionals is a crucial aspect of this role.
