Schedule: Groups are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:00 PM or 5:30 PM. We are seeking a facilitator to cover at least two groups per week, with the option to take on more.

Responsibilities
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
- Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.
- Extensive experience treating adolescents with eating disorders in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of the psychological, behavioral, and medical complexities involved.
- Proven ability to facilitate structured group therapy sessions that effectively support adolescents in developing healthier relationships with food, body image, and emotional regulation.
- Strong group facilitation skills with the ability to engage, educate, and empower teens while managing group dynamics in a supportive and therapeutic manner.
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Family-Based Treatment (FBT) specific to eating disorder recovery in adolescents.
- Preferred certifications include CEDS (Certified Eating Disorders Specialist) or specialized training in adolescent eating disorder treatment.
