Litter Removal Crew Member (Multiple positions available)
Position: Litter Removal Crew Member
Reports To: Field Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Phoenix, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, Arizona
FLSA Status: Part-Time or Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Daytime shifts, early start, ending around 3:30 PM. Flexible scheduling available.

What You’ll Do:
- Litter Removal: Safely remove litter and debris from designated highway right-of-way (ROW) areas in the Central District.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, wear provided safety equipment and adhere to traffic protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to complete daily assignments efficiently.
- Physical Work: Walk several miles daily, lift and carry up to 20 lbs., and work in varying weather conditions (we do not work in extreme weather).
- Travel Between Sites: Meet at a central location daily for transportation to job sites.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation to meet at the central pick-up site.
- Ability to walk 5-7 miles and stand for the majority of the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors alongside highways in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to follow supervisor instructions.
