Field Supervisor (Northern, WA)

What You'll Do
You’ll be the cornerstone of our operations, managing daily schedules, safety protocols, and ensuring every route reflects our high standards. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire Teams:
- Hire, train, coach, and develop maintenance crew members.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Operational Excellence:
- Plan daily work routes using GPS and other tools.
- Drive a company provided vehicle several hours per day, working alongside your team to complete litter removal.
- Ensure schedules are met and routes are maintained to meet state standards.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Lead safety meetings and enforce AHMC safety policies.
- Adhere to all safety processes and procedures while ensuring your team does the same.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
- Report crew hours and payroll information accurately and on time.
- Travel and Flexibility:
- Travel up to 25% to support operations in other areas of Washington as needed.
- Occasionally work weekends based on operational needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience and Skills:
- 3 years of supervisory experience, including hiring, training, and coaching teams.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Maps, smartphones, tablets, and apps.
- Experience with ADP, Google Drive, and Dropbox is a plus.
- Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local roadways and highway operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk up to 5 miles per day, and climb ladders.
- Mindset:
- Organized, proactive, and resourceful.
- Passionate about leading teams and solving problems in the field.

Compensation

About the Role

- Schedule: Work starts around sunrise and concludes in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
