About the role
- At ADOR Kitchen and Cocktail we’re hiring for employees that are highly motivated and provide great excellent customer service. They must be attentive, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Bartenders Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.
- Communicate order changes to the Kitchen Staff
- Participate in Marketing and Promo
- Purchase All Uniforms
- Post Daily on Social Media
- Book Sections or Tables and Bring In Regulars for the bar
- Participate in Opening and Closing Duties
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Bartending Experience Preferred
- Must Be Over the Age of 21
- Must have Food Handlers and TABC Server Certification
