Role Overview :

We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, driving measurable results, and providing valuable analysis to inform product enhancements. Your expertise in performance marketing will be crucial in maximizing the return on investment for our customers and contributing to the growth of our AI-driven platform, Adora.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with Adora’s customers to plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)

Collaborate with the product team to help guide the performance marketing product needs for enhancing our AI platform's capabilities

Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and other relevant KPIs and conduct A / B tests to improve these rates

Manage client relationships and communicate campaign performance through regular reporting and presentations

Work cross-functionally with creative operations, product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements :

5 years experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

Expertise in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with conversion rate optimization and A / B testing

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
