Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 10 years of HR Business Partner experience (or equivalent), within a large organization
• Ability to reasonably work across all domestic US time zones
• Proven communication, influencing, coaching and relationship building skills
• Proven change management experience
• Strong business acumen
• Employee relations experience
• Travel required: 20% annually
Bonus points if you have knowledge of current labor and employment laws, active HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc.), seasoned experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales organization, or demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
