About the Team:
The ADP Global Security Organization's Converged Security program transformation team is seeking a highly experienced Director-Converged Security Program Manager to join their dynamic and inclusive team environment. As a member of the team, you will be part of a collaborative culture that values innovation, creativity, and belonging. Your primary responsibilities will include leading complex and transformative initiatives, defining problem statements, program scope, and corresponding initiatives, understanding responsibilities, identifying issues, and communicating priorities.
You will work closely with various functional leads and team members to remove roadblocks and keep security specialists focused on delivering next-generation risk reduction and threat mitigation initiatives. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate, and implement programs to meet goals within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining a fast-paced environment with no two days being the same. The ideal candidate will have at least eight to ten years of project/program management experience working on technical/security projects and possess experience in Agile methodologies.
