Job Summary :
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) specializing in Health and Safety to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze, document, and optimize health and safety processes, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other regulatory frameworks. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify risks, improve workplace safety, and support the implementation of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) or ServiceNow Safe Workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with Health & Safety, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements for workplace safety solutions.
Process Analysis & Optimization : Evaluate current health and safety workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure solutions align with OSHA, ISO 45001, GDPR, and other workplace safety standards.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and regulatory bodies.
Solution Design Support : Work with ServiceNow developers, EHS system admins, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Develop dashboards and reports for incident tracking, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Testing& Training : Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and training sessions for end users.
Change Management : Support the adoption of new health and safety technologies and processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, GRC, SAP EHS, or other health and safety management systems.
- Familiarity with incident management, risk assessment, audit tracking, and workplace safety programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow reporting tools for data analysis.
