Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in implementing Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics.
Thei deal candidate will have foundational knowledge in pharmacy systems, with certifications and some experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This position requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.
- Assist in the successful execution of go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.
- Help ensure the integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve patient care
