Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Willow Impatient Inventory Analyst in La Jolla, CA. Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in implementing Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in pharmacy systems, with certifications and some experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This position requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners. Key Responsibilities:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Support the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules
- Assist in the successful execution of go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems
- Help ensure the integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to enhance pharmacy operations
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve patient care
- Willow Inpatient Certification
- Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification
- Experience contributing to successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient documentation skills for work performed
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience with 340B program compliance and optimization
- Familiarity with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration
- Understanding of Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration
- Background in medication procurement
