```Duties```
- Perform various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify Purchase Order and Job Information, assist with matching receiving with Purchase Order and Invoice
- Accounts receivable: Generate and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, do monthly closing and monthly sales report, send monthly customer statements
- Data entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare weekly check runs and 1099's
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of AIA billing forms and Job Costing for Construction
- Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Solid math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Experience using Microsoft Office Programs
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Ability to operate a 10-key typing pad efficiently and accurately
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
