Our organization is currently seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Responsible for ensuring accounting processes and systems support the business
- Drive waste out of processes & support continuous improvement projects for accounting
- Hands on support of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Invoicing
- Accuracy paying bills, invoicing customers, and posting payments
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Complete tasks accurately and timely
- Responsible for analyzing costs, understanding impact to business and profitability, and identifying risk
- Support inventory analysis, month-end reporting, year-end count and audit, and the product obsolescence process
- Responsible for product structure cost reviews

Education required for this role:
- Financial background is preferred
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting/Business preferred. Associates Degree in Accounting/Business required. Minimum five years of experience in Accounting will be considered in lieu of Bachelor?s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Email and Calendar skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred
