We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our Baltimore, Maryland location.

Success as an ADI Operations Manager is being able to achieve the following expectations:
- Develop a plan to ensure that inventory is in accordance with GM requirements and sales staff needs
- Develop a plan to ensure that staffing and visual controls support the performance of daily orders to shop floor
- Responsible for warehouse functionality, where there is a place for everything and everything in its place
- Responsible for management of all RIM and non-RIM processing; ensuring that aged inventory is at 15% (being RIM compliant)
- Work in collaboration with the sales manager to ensure there is a plan to support proper stocking levels for new and EOL (end-of- life) products
- Responsible for keeping inventory turns at 80 days
- Active management of non-rim inventory on a rolling 6-month basis
- Manage the outbound delivery fleet program
- Understand ADI product & part numbers
- Identify and communicate risk immediately
- Ability to challenge effectively & communicate confidently
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to meet timelines
- Ability to create and execute plans
- Identify and eliminate waste to improve productivity
- Commitment to organizational excellence and operational discipline and ability to build a team with the same focus
- Ability to Lift / Stand / Carry / Bend / Reach for multiple hours
- Ability to Lift / Carry up to 70 lbs. unassisted at a time
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team is required
- Basic computer skills: MS Office required
- Experience in Reynolds & Reynold preferred
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
