We are currently seeking a Technician 1 to partner within our Baltimore, MD location. This is a full time position. In this role you will operate hand tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, and drills to assemble van and pickup equipment and aftermarket electrical components for vehicles. This position requires frequent standing, bending, and lifting.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Operate power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Install pick-up racks, toolboxes, ratchet straps, custom racks, ladder racks, and all types of Adrian van packages
• Read and understand work instructions and simple product blueprints
• Perform warranty repairs
• Comply with safety and quality protocols
• Adhere to lean warehousing and manufacturing principles
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet the requirements to be a “driver” as defined in our corporate driving policy
  
  

Education & Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Mathematical skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
