About You
You are a motivated and experienced physical security systems expert. You can easily manage and navigate access control, video management, visitor management, intrusion detection, and intercom systems. You are a team player who can work collaboratively with clients’ Police and Information Technology Departments to support services within a university environment. You are comfortable working a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Administer a C-Cure Access Control System and a Genetec Video Management System (certifications in these systems are a plus)
- Work collaboratively with the ADRM Team, Client, IT Departments, End Users, and Systems Integrator to ensure successful implementation and operations of systems
- Manage service tickets from creation to completion, including an inspection of work performed
- Prepare reports on system health and availability
- Perform tests to ensure systems are functioning properly
- Support client on-call rotation as needed
- Other duties as assigned
