During Your First Two Weeks, You Will:

  • Familiarize yourself with our product and its features, understanding the user perspective
  • Learn our current Dev, QA and deployment processes, tools and methodologies
  • Attend team meetings to get to know the team and understand ongoing projects
  • Meet some of our key customers and understand their workflow and business objectives

During Your First 1-3 Months, You Will:

  • Become the primary point of technical contact for key customers
  • Build troubleshooting guides and documentation covering the most common failure scenarios
  • Contribute to customer-facing documentation

During Your First 6-12 Months, You Will:

  • Take on more responsibility in planning and assisting the product team with new features and updates
  • Have complete ownership of the customer experience from an implementation and technical support perspective
  • Mentor new team members and help them integrate into our processes and culture

What We Think You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • Deep understanding of the AdTech space, tools and methodologies used in the industry is a MUST
  • Understanding of tracking pixels from Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, etc
  • Understanding of how tracking postback works with common tracking platforms such as Voluum, ClickFlare, Redtrack etc
  • Understanding auto-optimization platforms such as TheOptimizer, Yield360, Maximizer, BigPipes
  • Understanding of internet protocols, APIs, javascript, cookies etc
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • A natural inclination towards learning and self-improvement, with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest AdTech and technologies, and a willingness to continuously challenge and enhance your skills
  • Geographical proximity to the Tampa Bay area for optional in-office events

Nice to Haves:

  • Basic exposure to web programming, and the willingness to learn more
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Grafana
  • Experience with quality assurance methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
