Your leadership will build a powerhouse growth environment that inspires agents to achieve more, learn more, and support one another.
At ADT Realty, we have a proven recruitment process designed to grow your area to 50 agents in the first 12 months, setting the foundation for long-term success. We need someone with a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and enthusiasm. - Provide unparalleled service in order to help clients buy, and sell homes.
- Mentor and coach agents—new and seasoned—to elevate their careers.
- Leverage our proven recruitment process to recruit and train new agents.
- Foster a collaborative culture in order to build a strong and capable growth environment.
- Lead regular and consistent agent meetings to drive alignment and motivation.
- Oversee all aspects of transactions, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Be a trusted advisor to your clients and your team, offering expert guidance and representation.
