Position Summary:
The VIP Monitoring Agent (EDO Specialty) position will begin Monday, May 1st. There are (5) internal openings. 1st, 2nd, Overnight schedules available. Please attach a resume to your application.
You are helping save lives for a living! You are passionate about helping others, comfortable with change, have the ability to identify problems and provide solutions. You multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve technical issues, and comfortably navigate customer problems over phone inbound or outbound. You’re not only here to answer customer questions, help fix technical issues, but to also provide an incredible customer experience!
As our customers first point of contact you will be the friendly/ reassuring voice of ADT. Providing an excellent customer experience by trouble shooting their problems and providing technical support. We will rely on you to listen to our customers and use your deductive reasoning skills, technical expertise , creativity and passion for helping to meet our customers needs- and remind them that behind our great products are customer centric, accountable and collaborative team members willing to serve them.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- ADT Monitoring experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Call center experience highly preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service required
- Technical aptitude, problem solving skills, multi-tasking
Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The pay range for this role is $13.88 to $23.13 an hour, and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays
