The DDD Day Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Day Program, specifically catered to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring adherence to state regulations, and developing customized programs designed to foster both social engagement and personal growth. Requirements- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with DDD regulations and policies is preferred.
