RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly greet clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while directing them to the appropriate locations.
- Professionally answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff and refer to ATC centers, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Provide essential administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in an administrative or ministry environment preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
