What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Operator (7p-7a) position at Advance CNC Machining?
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Weekend CNC Machine Operator (Fri-Sun 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The CNC Machine Operator will ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand technical drawings and work orders to meet part specifications and design requirements
- Operate multiple CNC machining centers
- Load raw materials, select appropriate cutting tools, and make necessary adjustments according to the program instructions
- Inspect and measure finished parts and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Complete inspection reports
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CMM reports
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection hand tools
- Strong communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proactive drive to complete tasks with minimal guidance

- Experience in a machine shop environment
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES
- 80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
