KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of company safety and health programs
- Monitor, document, and submit OSHA-required data and postings
- Assist in all regulatory compliance activities
- Assist with team member relations activities
- Utilize the HRIS and assist in maintaining accurate records
- Assist in recruitment and retention activities
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to read, write, and understand the English language to apply written rules, instructions, and other materials
- Attention to detail
- Proactive drive to complete tasks with minimal guidance
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources position
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion to protect proprietary and personnel information
- Commitment to high professional and ethical standards

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
