Key Responsibilities
- Design of parts and mechanical assemblies from customer requirements
- Creation of CAD models and engineering drawings for manufacturing
- Interpretation of technical design information
- Measurement and analysis of sample parts and machinery
- Collaboration with customers, vendors, and other team members
- 3 years of relevant work experience, such as manufacturing, inspection, machine design, or controls systems
- Proficiency in 3D modeling using SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances
- Proficiency using and interpreting GD&T
- Proficiency in the usage of advanced measurement tools
- Basic competency using power and hand tools for assembly
- An excellent ability to define project requirements and specifications
- Excellent task management and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to dynamically shift priorities
- A mindset of continuous improvement

- 80 hours of paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get 8 additional PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
