Position Purpose:

The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging work environment that supports employees’ professional growth, well-being, and sense of belonging. This role involves planning and implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience, improving workplace culture, and serving as a key point of contact for employees to ensure their needs are met effectively. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to development and offboarding. 
  • Work alongside Employee Experience Manager to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle. 
  • Review and monitor various workflows, HRIS, implement probationary and performance reviews 
  • Develop and implement programs alongside the Employee Experience Manager, events, and activities that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives to celebrate employee achievements and milestones. 
  • Gather and analyze feedback through surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one discussions to improve engagement strategies. 
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs, welcome kits, and cultural integration activities. 
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure positive exits and gather constructive feedback. 
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and mutual respect within the organization. 
  • Collaborate with HR and Leadership to align employee experience initiatives with organizational values and goals. 
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and ensure open lines of communication. 
  • Support the development and delivery of internal communications to keep employees informed and connected. 
  • Organize wellness programs and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 
  • Advocate for a healthy work-life balance through flexible policies and resources.  
  • Support training and development programs that help employees grow within their roles.  
  • Facilitate organization/department training 
  • Partner with Employee Experience Manager to identify opportunities for career advancement and skill building.
  • Plan and execute Advance Community Health events, team-building activities, and celebrations. 
  • Manage logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships for internal events. 
  • Manage Patient Complaints, track and share feedback 
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to employee experience, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. 
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership inform future strategies.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR software, survey tools, and event management platforms.
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, knowledge of employee records management, and familiarity with legal compliance requirements
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to problem solving 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with employee wellness, mental health resources, training, and

· Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00an – 5:00pm
· Required Travel: None
