Advance Services is hiring an Office Assistant to carry out general office tasks efficiently, accurately, and professionally while using organization and technical skills to improve the productivity of the work environment.
Job Duties Include :
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide admin and clerical support.
- Manage the front reception area and greet visitors
- File, scan, copy, and data entry.
- Purchase supplies using Coupa as needed.
- Prepare reports, documents, correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
Pay : $22.00 / HR
Shift : 1st; Monday - Friday
Hours : 9 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm
If you are well-organized, highly proficient in Microsoft Office, love working in a collaborative environment, and have one year of experience in an admin setting, contact us today!
