Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant at Crosby Law Office in St Paul, MN. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, requesting and organizing records, client communications, providing administrative assistance, client intake calls and supporting attorneys with legal tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Legal Assistance skills
- Legal Document Preparation and Communication skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a law firm or legal setting is an advantage but not required
- Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field is an advantage
