We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Manager to enhance our marketing automation efforts, optimize our customer relationship management processes, and support broader marketing initiatives.
Position Overview :
In this role, you’ll help efficiently drive and convert leads by using your B2B marketing experience, HubSpot expertise, deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, communication skills, database management skills, organizational abilities, and HubSpot prowess. The right individual has a passion for and appreciation of a work environment that is ever-changing, engaging, energizing, and collegial. As an important part of our team, you will work alongside your marketing teammates to increase demand and sales leads through the efficient management of our HubSpot infrastructure, data, and marketing tech stack.
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to support marketing, marketing content, and sales operations. This role involves implementing marketing automation strategies, ensuring data integrity, providing insights through comprehensive reporting and analytics, and executing marketing tasks outside of HubSpot. The ideal candidate should have experience in inbound marketing to drive engagement and lead generation.
