We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Advance Medical of Naples. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Bilingual is a plus
