What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revit Drafter position at Advance Onboarding Solutions?
The CAD Revit Designer/Drafter, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, will be responsible for producing BIM & Shop Drawings which include layouts, shop templates, subassemblies, cut list, fixturing, and finishes for the manufacturing of prefabricated modular pod solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare thorough floor plans, elevations, sections and details of frames, walls, floor plans, fixtures, cabinets, plumbing, and accessories for client approval and fabrication
- Produce accurate detailed shop drawings from complex architectural models
- Work with an existing team to coordinate drawings and provide quality design work to established specifications
- Assist PM’s with changes and additions to drawings as needed
Skills & Requirements:
- MUST BE STRONG IN DOCUMENTATION PHASE OF DESIGN
- Technical Diploma or Associates degree required
- 2-5 years of experience using Revit to produce detailed shop drawings or architectural drawings.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to visualize and understand 3-D dimensions
- Work in a team environment and receive feedback
- Experience in manufacturing environment and architectural disciplines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
