Founded in 1988, AOST is a well-established, physical therapist-owned private practice specializing in orthopedic and sports therapy. We are looking for passionate and motivated Physical Therapists to provide skilled care to patients in an outpatient setting.
Patient Population:
- Orthopedic & Sports Injuries – Spinal dysfunction, acute/chronic orthopedic conditions, and soft tissue injuries.
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation – Joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs and spine surgeries.
- Specialty Care – Limb loss rehabilitation, vertigo, gait/balance disorders, and medically complex patients.

Now Hiring: Physical Therapists (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- We are looking for passionate and motivated Physical Therapists to provide skilled care to patients in an outpatient setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with spine, hip, knee, ankle, foot, and shoulder dysfunctions.
- Provide rehabilitation following joint replacements and sports-related surgeries (e.g., ACL and shoulder procedures).
- Educate patients on health and fitness, and injury prevention for long term health
- Collaborate with colleagues and mentor students and rehab aides.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Physical Therapy License.
- Clinical competency in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
- Passion for patient care with a creative approach to treatment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
