What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Promote services through networking, outreach, and educational sessions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and monthly networking programs.
- Organize and participate in community events to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Meet with potential clients to explain services and convert referrals.
- Track and report networking progress and outreach activities.
- Collaborate on marketing plans to drive company growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales and marketing skills with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion.
- Valid driver’s license with excellent driving history; must pass background check and drug screen.
- Experience in eldercare or medical-related sales is preferred.
