AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to build strong referral relationships, promote our exceptional services, and expand community awareness of our programs. This is a rewarding opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Promote services through networking, outreach, and educational sessions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and monthly networking programs.
  • Organize and participate in community events to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Meet with potential clients to explain services and convert referrals.
  • Track and report networking progress and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate on marketing plans to drive company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales and marketing skills with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion.
  • Valid driver’s license with excellent driving history; must pass background check and drug screen.
  • Experience in eldercare or medical-related sales is preferred.
