AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is looking for a Human Resources Assistant who can review our records plus assist with the corrections that might be needed.
This is a work-from-home position. Work up to 10-15 hours a week. You will need to have a 27-inch or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse for use with our company laptop. Must have high-speed internet.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides review of the various Human Resources information that is entered into Human Resources programs. We are looking for someone that can review our documentation and record retention to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
Consultant Job Duties:
- Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Relay information to management on any issues that keep being repeated.
- Assist in correcting issues, if needed.
- Assist in reviewing processes to ensure accuracy.

- Ability to prepare reports on findings with accuracy and completeness
- Knowledge of Human Resources.
- Ability to exercise good judgment.
- Ability to follow processes and document findings.
- Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications

You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person. Good communication skills are a must.
