AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with Recruiting/Staffing experience. We are looking for an independent, self-starting, and reliable individual that possesses a high level of energy and great attention to detail. In addition to being a quick learner, this new hire should have good written and verbal communication skills and be well organized. The position is Hybrid work from home. You will need to have a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard, and mouse to use with our company-issued laptop. (If you are coming to the office to pick up your equipment, we can loan you the monitors, keyboard, and mouse as well). You must have high-speed internet.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting/staffing
- Complete interviews
- Complete new hire orientations via zoom.
- Perform background checks
- Complete Personal/Professional Reference checks
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Other job responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid Driver's License, and be able to clear a Criminal Background Check (7-10 years) and Drug Screen.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of office computer applications
- Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others.
- Must possess a high level of skill in communication, both written and verbal.
- Must be flexible and organized
- Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform the essential job functions above
