At Advanced Aqua Systems in St. George, UT, we specialize in providing high-quality water filtration solutions to homeowners and contractors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Rep – Outside Salesperson to join our growing team full-time . This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential with hourly pay and commission for the first three months , followed by performance-based bonuses and incentives .
Pay : $70,000-$100,000

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Each day begins at home, as you will be dispatched directly to job sites in Washington and Iron Counties without needing to report to an office. As an Inside Sales Rep - Outside Salesperson, you will handle a variety of tasks, including inbound and outbound sales calls, building relationships with contractors, and closing referrals from new homeowners. Some assignments will require travel to northern areas, with all gas, food, and lodging expenses covered. Success in this role requires proactive outreach, organization, and a results-oriented approach to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be dispatched directly to job sites from your home.
