A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - DISPATCHER
As a full-time Office Administrator - Dispatcher, your day kicks off with answering calls and connecting with customers, setting the tone for smooth operations. In this remote role, you handle dispatching, update our systems for peak efficiency, and ensure every detail is in place. By managing follow-ups and schedules with precision, you are at the heart of our team's success-all while enjoying the flexibility and freedom of working remotely.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - DISPATCHER
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional time management skills for remote work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dispatching experience, especially in the plumbing industry

WORK SCHEDULE
This remote role is based in St. George, UT, with typical full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We also have part-time options available. You'll enjoy flexibility and independence while being a crucial part of our team's success.
