Information Technology Specialist
Advanced Architectural Products is seeking a full time Information Technology Specialist who can consolidate data from numerous sources and perform a wide range of data-driven activities to help the company make well informed decisions. A2P provides innovative solutions for improved continuous insulation and building enclosure systems and has a passion for developing customer advocates resulting in profitable growth. A2P specializes in continuous insulation by providing one of a kind composite sub-framing system, including GreenGirt CMH and SMARTci that meets all ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes.

Core Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a variety of tools and techniques
- Create and maintain documentation for all automated processes
- Collaborate with other IT team members and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Provide technical support for automation solutions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation and make recommendations for adoption
- Identify business improvement opportunities and assist Leadership in setting strategic goals.
Experiences
- Data Consolidation & Analysis: Gathering data from various sources, cleaning, and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Process Automation: Skilled in leveraging programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA) and advanced Excel features (macros, pivot tables, Power Query) to automate business processes.
- Real-Time Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing issues quickly and deploying timely fixes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Cross-functional communication to align IT solutions with business goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Expertise in documenting process flows and creating detailed reports for leadership.
- Technical Support: Providing level 2/3 support, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree a pluss in computer science, business data, information technology, data analytics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process automation, with a strong background in one or more programming languages
- Expert level Excel knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and self-directed individual.

Salary commensurate with experience. We provide a competitive employment package which includes, medical, dental, and vision insurance. In addition, a 401k with a 100% match on 3% plus 50% on the next 2%.
